STX shipbuilding 4 MR type oil tanker alternative order has recently entered into force.

Among them, the Greek shipowner, Oceangold, made a formal entry into the order of two 50000 deadweight tons of MR type oil tankers in STX shipbuilding. In July last year, Oceangold ordered 2+2 MR types of MR products in STX shipbuilding, each costing about us $35 million, which will be built by IMO III standard, and the delivery time is scheduled for 2019.

Not long ago, another Greek shipowners Pantheon Tankers also announced the implementation in STX shipbuilding 2 type MR 50000 deadweight tons of refined oil ship orders, in STX shipbuilding made MR type oil ship quantity increased to four. The new ships will be delivered in 2019, each costing about $33 million.
