The construction of the Singapore Drilling platform, which has been confirmed by offshore and maritime authorities, is in talks with Norwegian Drilling owner Borr Drilling, which is expected to resell the jack-up rig.
After it emerged that Borr Drilling will provide up to $960 million price, buy keppel offshore and maritime six new jack-up Drilling platform, including a keppel construction, no construction contract by jack-up Drilling platform.The other five were made by Grupo R, Clearwater Capital, Falcon Energy Group (FEG), FTS Derricks and Fecon.
It is understood that the news has been confirmed, but did not disclose the exact amount of the sale and the possible transaction amount.The negotiations with Borr Drilling are ongoing and involve the sale of a self-elevating Drilling platform that is being built in the far east.However, details and terms of the deal have not been finalized and no clear agreement has been signed.
